November 5th is an important day for the Canutillo Independent School District. On that day, the community of Canutillo will select four members for the school district’s Board of Trustees. The four people who are elected will be charged with the education of the 5,800 students who call our schools home, and the nearly 1,000 employees who serve our community.          

That’s why I’m turning to you and asking for your support.    
                                                                                                                                 
I am a service-minded leader committed to making a difference in my community. From the classroom to the boardroom, I have dedicated my life to celebrate and serve the school district that gave my family so much. I’ve dedicated my entire adult life to serving Canutillo, and I hope to extend this service to my entire life. My work as a leader on the Board has helped create better educational outcomes and opportunities for Canutillo’s graduates.  My educational background, as well as my experience and training as a Master Trustee, separates me from the rest.

There are issues we need to address to keep Empowering Students, Supporting Teachers and Strengthening Canutillo. As a lifelong Canutillo resident my drive for success is based on Faith, Family and Community. These three pillars will help guide us into the new era of success for our students, our teachers and our families. You can count on me to work tirelessly to improve the educational outcomes for each and every student and to put Canutillo first.
